Imagine this for a moment:
Your employer presented a 49 page document explaining how your annual evaluation was going to be handled.
The evaluation is confusing and relies in part on feedback from those you are serving.
At the end of the year, your employer will also require you to commit to continuing your position two months prior to receiving your evaluation. So you will not know your proposed standing or salary when this commitment is required.
